We look at your website and your search presence, then record a short video walking through what we find. That includes how the site behaves on a phone, how easy it is to contact you, how you appear on Google and Google Maps, and whether AI tools can find accurate information about your business. The video ends with the fixes we would make first, explained in plain English.

You watch the video and decide what you want to do. If you would like us to do the work, we agree a fixed price and a plan before anything starts. If you would rather make the fixes yourself, or do nothing at all, that is fine too. There are no pushy follow-ups and we never add you to a mailing list.

We are based in Essex and most of our clients are here, because local knowledge genuinely helps with local search. But nothing about the work requires us to be on your doorstep. If you are outside the county and like the sound of how we work, get in touch and we will tell you honestly whether we are a good fit.

You do. The domain, the design, the words and the images all belong to you, and if you ever decide to move on you take everything with you. We would rather keep clients through good work than through lock-in.

Yes. Sometimes the right answer is a fresh build and sometimes it is repairing and improving what you already have. The audit is where we work out which applies to you. Either way, you keep your domain, your email addresses and the search history your business has already earned.
